Orbitas Bereavement Services is a wholly owned Company of Cheshire East Council and has responsibility for managing the Council’s 10 cemeteries and two crematoria.
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Manager to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service throughout the entire customer journey, administrative services and stakeholder support across Cheshire East’s Bereavement Services.
As a Customer Care Manager, you will play an integral role in motivating and engaging multi-disciplinary teams to provide exceptional standards of bereavement service. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency, in line with regulatory and company guidelines, facilitating training to enhance performance.
The successful candidate will be joining the service at an exciting time to seek opportunities to improve the existing services and be closely involved in communication, marketing, and community relations.

A Full UK Driving License and proven experience as a customer service manager is required. Previous industry experience and the ICCM qualification are desirable, applicants willing to work towards gaining the qualification within their first 12 months, will be considered. Training costs and support will be given by the company.
